Nana Appiah Mensah, CEO of Menzgold and Zylofon Media, has been denied bail by the Criminal Investigation Department after her arrest a few hours after arriving at Kotoka International Airport.

According to reports, the CEO, currently in trouble, will appear in court tomorrow Friday, July 12, 2019.

In a report seen by YEN.com.gh, the police's criminal investigation department confirmed the refusal of his release on bail for NAM1.

The reports revealed that after the transfer of his lawyer to Kotoka International Airport, his lawyers attempted to obtain a bond for him.

The lawyers allegedly followed the headquarters of the CID to obtain a bond on their client, which was refused.

The bail application took place after his arrest at the airport a few minutes after his arrival in Dubai.

NAM1 was reportedly arrested in Dubai as part of a lawsuit involving his company and another company.

After months in Dubai, he would have won the case, the court having asked him to pay him $ 38 million.

It has been almost a year since Nana Appiah Mensah became unstable following the closure of her company.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has asked him to close his gold distribution company due to licensing issues.

After the closure of the company, customers waved for their investment to be repaid.

However, their money was not refunded following the announcement of their use by another company in Dubai.
