Nana Appiah Mensah, Executive Director of Menzgold
Menzgold's chief executive, Nana Appiah Mensah, aka NAM1, is still in custody for failing to comply with bail conditions.
The Accra circuit court granted a bond of 1 billion GH ¢ last Friday, with five sureties.
In accordance with the bail conditions ordered by the court, three of the sureties must be justified, while NAM 1 must also report to the Ghana Police Service every Wednesday.
However, seven days after his bail was granted, NAM1 is still in custody because he has not been able to fulfill the conditions of his bail.

The three defendants, Menzgold, and his sister company, Brew Marketing Consult Limited (both represented by NAM 1), were charged with 13 counts.
The prosecution leaders commit fraud under false pretenses, fraud by false pretenses, unlicensed filing activities, unlicensed mineral sales, unlicensed mineral sales, contraventions of unlawful deposit, illegal illegal deposit and money laundering.
NAM1, however, pleaded not guilty to all charges. His wife and sister, however, are on the run.
