Nana Asamoah Yeboah Afari, the founder of one of the recognized hotels in Ghana, shared what inspired the creation of the Royal Senchi Hotel in Akosombo.

Speaking in an interview with Ghana’s top YouTuber Wode Maya, Nana Asamoah recounted that one of the motivators in establishing his hotel was the love he had for his fiancée at the time.

He explained that his fiancée was in the hotel business and that he was deputy manager of a banana plantation in a rural area in the Eastern region.

To bring her closer to him, Nana has thought of establishing something that she would like to do and that will keep her busy as well.

He then decided to build a luxury hotel, revealed Nana.

Nana Asamoah was able to achieve this, but unfortunately he ended up not marrying her.

Speaking more about her hotel, Nana explained that the Royal Senchi was established in 1997 as a garden restaurant, but over time it has evolved into a full-fledged hotel.
