The Education Minister's lawyers wrote to the communications officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), the opposition, asking them to come back on what they had described as defamatory.
Sammy Gyamfi allegedly linked Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh to one of the accused involved in the case of the abduction of Canadian women.
A similar letter was also sent to the NDC Ashanti Regional Secretary, Mr. Kwame Zu, on the same subject, on behalf of the MP for Manhyia South.
At a press conference held on Thursday, June 13, Gyamfi reportedly stated that there was a "link" and a "relationship" between Dr. Opoku Prempeh, commonly known as NAPO. The arrest of Seidu
