Although Nas and Kelis achieved a shared custody agreement Last March, their nine-year-old son Knight appears to be facing another guard battle.

TMZ reports Kelis wants to become a Colombian farmer and takes her son with her to Colombia. But Nas does not have it.

According to documents revealed by the point of sale Thursday, January 24, the Legend of Queensbridge rap is frustrated by several child custody issues, including the Kelis project to visit Cartagena, Colombia. The problem is that the artist "Milkshake" brought Knight to Columbia last month, while the rapper was supposed to have it on New Year's Eve. Kelis was already in Colombia with their son. They did not return to the United States until January 14th.

Nas also says that Kelis has already removed Knight from his private school in Los Angeles and plans to keep him in Colombia with his new husband who runs a farm there. Kelis is currently attending Knight House in Colombia.

Nas says that Kelis violates their custody agreement with her sudden move to Colombia and adds that she has not cooperated with regard to the co-parenting of their son.

Nas asks a judge to declare Kelis guilty of contempt of his custody contract and ultimately to prevent him from taking their son to Colombia.

This is not the first time Nas has filed documents against Kelis for breach of their custody agreement.

In April 2018, the veteran rapper has filed legal papers asking a judge to punish Kelis after stating that the singer had refused to let him take their son on Pbadover, which began on March 30. Nas also wanted Kelis to pay her legal fees every time she breached their custody agreement.

The lawyers for Nas and Kelis did not comment on this.
