Nas says Kelis violated their custody contract by bringing his son to Colombia

Nas wants Kelis to be found guilty of contempt of court for several breaches of their custody agreement.

Nas and Kelis are again in court in court for claiming that Kelis breached their custody contract. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kelis strives to become a farmer in Colombia and wants to bring her son with her. However, Nas told the court that she was guilty of contempt for violating their custody agreement.

Nas disagrees with Kelis on the fact that she is trying to move their son to Colombia, which is a violation of their custody agreement. Kelis reportedly took their nine-year-old son, Knight, to Cartagena, Colombia, last month. However, Nas said that Knight was supposed to spend New Year's Eve with him, according to their agreement, but Kelis sent him a text message telling him that this would not be the case because they were still in Colombia. He said that she did not return to America until January 14th.

Nas also claimed that Kelis had told her that she and her husband had a farm in Colombia where they planned to stay. In addition, Nas claims to have done school at home with Knight in Colombia after leaving his private school in Los Angeles.
