According to the CHRAJ, six days less than a year earlier, the Coalition for Social Justice has not made much progress in the sense that the buses would have been bought by bribery.

Despite information provided by Mr. Blay, at least one bank is partially funding the bus purchases, while Freddie Blay, chairman of the board of directors of Ghana's National Petroleum Commission, has also paid a down payment of $ 3 million.

As part of the agreement announced by Freddie Blay, the loan must be repaid within two years.

This agreement was a popular pledge to NPP delegates before the election of national leaders. Each constituency would receive money because the bus works for the STC transportation company.

Critics within the party called the vote ploy, while those outside found the deal suspicious.

Since the July 2018 petition to the CHRAJ, no purpose has been brought to the saga.

Freddie Blay insisted that he had not done anything illegal. He expressed his perplexity at the fact that the CHRAJ would walk "informing the world", he escapes investigations.
