Berekum Chelsea has withdrawn from the special Normalization Committee's current Cup as a result of a temporary stadium ban.
Executive Director Nana Kwame Nketiah informed Joy Sports of her decision.
According to him, the club has "nowhere to go".
The Blues were banned from using Golden City Park as a result of reports of violence during their scoreless encounter against Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
The violence that ensued before the match caused serious injuries to two officials of Asante Kotoko.
Amo Sarpong, a policy badyst in Kotoko, who was allegedly shot, was also temporarily banned by the Ghana Federation's Standardization Committee.
