The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is calling for the resignation of Mr Bossman Asare, Vice-President of the Electoral Commission (EC).
The party claims that keeping him in office prevents them from trusting the Commission for the 2020 elections.

But the Vice President of the European Commission said that he would not respond to allegations but would focus on a credible recording exercise.
