Chief Biney
Chief Biney Hamilton Nixon, deputy national organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), said the NDC is using Ghana's resources better than the NPP when it is in power.
He made these remarks by delivering a speech at a symposium organized by the Higher Education Institutions Network (TEIN) of the Koforidua Technical University.
Chief Biney said that the government led by Akufo-Addo can hardly serve as a souvenir. Corruption, family and friendly government, economic difficulties, arrogance and mismanagement of state resources.
He then explained that while he was in government, the CND had used three ministers at a time for the Ministries of Communication and Information, but that the PNP was using three ministers for communication and three for information, or six.
He also stated that the NDC, when he was in government, had recourse to two ministers of Transport, Railways and Aviation, but that the NAP used two ministers of transport, two to aviation and three to railways.
