Senanu Kwesi Djokoto, NDC President for the Keta constituency
Senanu Kwesi Djokoto, chairman of the Keta National Democratic Congress constituency, resigned from his post to challenge the parliamentary seat of the constituency.
Dr. Djokoto was joined by several of his supporters to file his forms to challenge the Keta primaries on Thursday.
According to the resignation letter that also served to announce his intention to challenge the replacement of the parliamentary seat by incumbent President Richard Quashigah, Dr. Djokoto said: "I took the firm decision to offer myself to a more important service in the interest of Keta Electoral District. "
