Reports suggest that there was chaos in the Ningo-Prampram constituency
A person was injured and was transported to the hospital following a brawl sparked during the NDC's presidential primary in the Ningo-Prampram constituency in the Greater Accra region.
According to the DGN Online Tema correspondent, Sam George, an MP from the constituency, orchestrated the fight after trying to prevent nine delegates from Mangoetsonya B, one of the three disputed sections, from voting.
Sam George had previously prevented delegates from voting and attempted to prevent the use of the voters' register in three of the constituency offices.
Previously, the three branches would have disappeared from the 92 branches registered in the constituency.
Two NDC boys who were watching the elections in the region clashed and had an exchange of blows and injuries.
The injured person was transported to a nearby health center.
