NDC race: Sly Mensah pledges to respond quickly to party concerns

Sylvester Adinam Mensah, flag bearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is committed to putting in place systems and processes that respond quickly to critical issues arising from the party structure, if they are elected to lead the party. in the 2020 elections.

This is to ensure the subsistence of the party and to motivate the cadres who sacrifice themselves to build and project the party.

Interacting with the constituency and branch leaders in Hohoe, in the Volta region, Mr Mensah lamented that there is no formal system in the NDC that allows the faithful to share crucial concerns and to give the feedback needed by leaders to obtain redress. .

"I firmly believe that anyone who wants to lead this party must be willing to accept critical questions from delegates and also provide you with a formal platform to express your views and concerns, must be taken into account, I am here to ensure under your direction, this will be ensured, "he said.

Mr Mensah pointed out that party work is sacrificial and that those who volunteer to serve it at all levels should be supported not only by resources, but also by systems to meet the challenges of their work. In addition, it will also give respect to party leaders.

Mr. Mensah's message of uniting the party, rewarding loyalty and creating prosperity for all was warmly welcomed by delegates who pledged to vote for him when the time came.

Under the leadership of the Hohoe constituency, Mr. Mensah and his team have previously paid a courtesy call to the chiefs and elders of the Gbi's traditional council to pay tribute to him and officially inform them of his meeting in the constituency. He shared his vision with them and asked for their blessings.

The chiefs and elders were very happy that a son from the region also volunteered to lead this country because they gave him their blessings. They promised to support him and urged him not to forget the challenges of the region, especially with regard to the poor road networks, where he manages to serve the country. They also advised him to continue the cleaning campaign he is undertaking.
