NDC National President Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has accused political parties of not retaining their contributions to help bring back the biggest party of the opposition.

Once in power, the party will reward its efforts by leading a government on the basis of "no contribution, no hashing".

The NDC would seek to set a record as the party that spent the least time in the opposition by winning the 2020 general election after only four years of absence from power.

His flag bearer, John Mahama, holds an undesirable record of president with a warrant after losing power in 2016 after winning in 2012.

The party wants to mobilize its resources to fill a deficit of more than a million votes between him and the ruling NPP in the 2016 elections.
