Politician and CEO of Ndoum Group companies, the photos of Dr Papa Kwesi Ndoum have caused a sensation on social media who look old with a gray bearded face.
Mr Nduom who always appeared in public with his well-shaved beard with small facial hair is now captured with ‘sloppy’ hair all over his face.
The founder of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) has been very active in Ghanaian politics, but his decision not to run as a presidential candidate kept him out of the public eye.
His active role in politics began in 1997 when he was elected member of the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abirem District Assembly for the Akotobinsin electoral area.
In December 2007, Nduom was appointed by the CPP to run for the presidential election in December 2008 after serving in the administration of President Kuffuor.
He formed his own party, the People’s Progressive Party, to contest the 2012 elections in January 2012.
Mr. Nduom in 2020 would have been hospitalized following the revocation of his financial institution’s license.
Describing how he felt when the incident hit the media, Dr Ndoum described this particular day as “a day of infamy, betrayal and theft of the rights and assets of Ghanaian entrepreneurship”.
