Galaxy S10 has improved the camera with Google app, but Brazil stays out
Google Camera is one of the most used tools by smartphones of different brands in recent times, because the software of the search giant can extract objectives higher quality than the native software that each manufacturer inserts into its products.
Recently a developer Forum Actions an extended version of the software for the Samsung Galaxy S10, making the images captured by the flagship product even more beautiful, showing even more the real potential of the cameras of the new South Korean smartphone.
It is important to note that this port is only available for the version with the platform. Snapdragon 855, which leaves Brazil and all the countries that have received the mobile phone with the Exynos 9820 processor apart from this alternative upgrade. It may be that in the future you enjoy a GCam option, but it will still take some time, as developers spend more time on the Qualcomm chipset for easy handling.
External environments
To get a better sense of the difference between the images, the developer Max Weinbach used the Galaxy S10 Plus, in order to explore the big goals outside. According to him, the photos taken with the Samsung camera provided a better and more realistic lighting, because the GCam camera darkened in some places and the image took bluish tones.
Already on the very large screen, the Samsung software is better prepared than that of Google, for obvious reasons. In a slightly darker environment, like the storefront images, GCam does its work in a surprising way, giving more vitality to captured details.
Selfie and night mode
The biggest difference between the images made in the two software lies in the selfies, because it is clear that Samsung still leaves the mode of embellishment very forced, giving the skin the look of a doll of wax. The Google camera leaves the face a lot closer to the real, besides the blur can circumvent the hair much more accurately.
In Bright Night, in Samsung, the photo shows that you still need updates to get closer to what Night Sight can offer Google, because the second gives a much brighter photo and allows a better vision of the details. of the square, which in this case was a courtyard.
The Google Camera is available for Galaxy S10e, S10 and S10 Plus devices, but only in the version with Snapdragon 855 chipset. To install it, simply go to the link in "Source" and follow the listed procedures.
