He also noted that unjustified stopping of vehicles, especially on the highway and another highway to pick up or drop off a passenger, is another challenge and called for vigilance at all times.
GNA Tema Regional Director Mr. Francis Ameeibor called on all road users to take their personal responsibility seriously, especially when using the road as a pedestrian or driver.
