Singaporean conglomerate Keppel Corp. reported a 39% decline in net income for the second quarter, due to lower revenue from its real estate activities. Net income for the period ending June was S $ 153 million, compared with S $ 249 million in 2018. Keppel's real estate division's net profit dropped 43% to $ 130 million . The division accounted for the lion's share of Keppel's profits.
