Netflix is ready to continue with "Fuller House" while Lori Loughlin faces charges of paying bribes for her kids to go to college.
Many outlets, including TMZ and TVLine, have reported sources that Loughlin, a recurring guest star in "Fuller House", would not be coming back for the fifth and final season of the show.
A person aware of the situation told INSIDER that "the producer had no impact on the production" of the current scandal in Loughlin, without however confirming whether it would come back or not.
The 54-year-old actress took over the role of Aunt Becky, Uncle Jesse's wife, in the original "Full House" series.
Loughlin was one of 50 people, including actress Felicity Huffman, accused by the Justice Department of a scandal relating to admissions to universities, which would have allowed wealthy families to defraud their children in prestigious universities.
The actress and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, are both charged with paying $ 500,000 in bribes for their two daughters to be admitted to the University of California South as recruits for the crew team.
Loughlin and her husband each paid $ 1 million in bonds. She was allowed to travel to Vancouver to work but faces charges in the Boston Federal Court on March 29.

Hallmark Channel also broke ties with Loughlin on Wednesday.
"We are saddened by recent news regarding allegations of college admissions," the company said. "We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped the development of all of the productions on the Crown Media Family Network network featuring Lori Loughlin, including Garage Sale Mysteries, an independent third-party production."
INSIDER has requested a comment from Netflix. Loughlin representatives told us that they "do not have any information at the moment" regarding Loughlin's status on "Fuller House".
