Patrick Roberts signed a new two-year contract extension with Manchester City, retaining him at the club until 2022.
He will now join the new city of Norwich on July 1, under a one – year loan agreement, as he continues his development into the Premier League.
The 22-year-old has been loaned two seasons and a half with Celtic. He scored 18 goals in 79 caps and scored 18 goals in 18 games.
He then went on loan last season to Girona, making 12 appearances in La Liga.
