► Hundreds of women with ovarian genetic cancer will benefit from a drug that charities describe as revolutionary. NHS regulators have approved Olaparib, also known as Lynparza, for wider use on the NHS in England.

This could prolong the lives of some patients – and even cure some cases of the disease.
