New FRITZ! Laboratory for FRITZ! Box 7520, 7530, 6820, 6890 LTE

The Berlin manufacturer AVM has since defined a total of 8 models in the "test laboratory". Wednesday, 3 more models will be added. FRITZ! Box 7520 (models 1 and 1), 6820 V1 and 6820 V2 can now also be tested for the preliminary version of Access Point Steering. The first version of FRITZ! OS 7.10 should reach version status in March or early April.

In the experience, AVM is in the final adjustments. More you have devices in FRITZ! Laboratory, the more data you will need for all scenarios. This is the only way for Berliners to make sure that they can solve the problems of complex network structures, provided that it has a connection with FRITZ! Box.

DSL:

• The DSL data rate (Sync) can now be reduced to a value closer to the contractually guaranteed data rate. This reduces the sensitivity of the DSL line to interference.
• The approximate length of the line is displayed in the DSL set view

WLAN:

• For WLAN devices re-registered on the home network due to "AP-Steering", a new message is issued under SYSTEM / Events> plus
