As the first marketing images show, the manufacturer wants to give the Sony Xperia 10 and Sony Xperia 10 Plus a very unusual design. So, get the 5.9 and 6.5 inch wide screens, unlike any other smartphone previously available in 21: 9 format. This allows you to see more information about most mobile sites because they are designed for vertical scrolling.
At the same time, the panel is ideally suited for playing movie-based video content, although its availability in the mobile sector is still limited. For most videos, which are still in 16: 9 format, you have to see large black bars. Nevertheless, Sony is trying to impress with this new form factor, which probably explains the name change.
The 21: 9 screens of the Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus ensure that the devices get along without "chins" at the bottom of the front. At the same time, Sony gives up a "notch" for the front camera and they lack a "front" wide enough, which should not fall because of large screens finally not particularly strong in weight. The official launch of the first two models of the Sony Xperia 10 series will take place on February 25 in the morning in Barcelona.

The RAM is increased to four gigabytes, while the internal flash memory keeps the same size and is also expandable. Again, HiRes audio is offered.
Although the camera resolution with 12 megapixels at the main sensor is slightly lower than that of the Xperia 10, the Plus model is equipped with a high quality camera, which also slightly surpbades the case. In addition, an additional camera with an increased resolution of eight megapixels is used, which is also responsible for bokeh and other effects here.
