Veteran Journalist and Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, has taken a swipe at the Ghana Education Service (GES) for introducing new uniforms for Junior High School (JHS) students.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) last Thursday announced the introduction of a new school uniform for Junior High School (JHS) students.
Students are expected to start the new school uniform from 2019 – 2020 academic year.
The Director-General of the GES, Prof. Kwasi Opoku Amankwa at Accra Thursday morning.
But speaking to Ekurba Gyasi on Atinka AM Drive, Veteran Journalist and Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr said in school uniforms among Junior High School (JHS) students in the country below the belt.
According to the social commentator, the introduction of a new school is not part of the issues in Ghana.
"Unless you do not know the problems in the field of education, there are a lot of schools in Ghana where you change textbooks and furniture then what is the value?" He fumed.
