Documentary Now!, Season 3
The biggest television show (ridiculously meticulous parodies of the current legendary documentary division) is back! Fred Armisen and Bill Hader's love letter to clbadic fiction films tackles the real sect of crime Wild Wild Country, D.A. Stephen Sondheim of Pennebaker Company: Original Soundtrack and their take on Marina Abramovic: the artist Is Present – featuring Cate Blanchett (!) As a Marinabbe who declares "I am not yet painting in my womb". That's what the genius looks like. He returns on February 20th.
ghost hunters
It's less than a minute, it's just a teaser for a movie that will not be released until the summer of 2020. But yes, we will admit that there is something dizzying in this disturbing clip that announces another ghost hunters movie (continued? reboot) directed by Jason "The son of Ivan" Reitman. So, apparently, we know who we are going to call.
Big flying bird
Do you remember when Steven Soderbergh retired? Man, it seemed like ages ago. The director is back when a new collaboration with Moonlight playwright Tarell Alvin McRaney, involved in a basketball lockout, a moving and shaking sportsman (André Holland) and a star player (Caleb McLaughlin). The support cast includes a fire Cable Veterans, AtlantaZazie Beetz, Zachary Quinto and Kyle MacLachlan. He falls on February 8th in some theaters and Netflix, and – is not going to lie – is amazing.
High life
In which Robert Pattinson plays dad on a spaceship, Juliette Binoche climbs into a platform that meets your carnal needs while in the cosmos. The French director Claire Denis – one of the best filmmakers working today in the world – puts her unique meaning on the science fiction film. The trailer of this story of convicts (and an unexpected guest in the form of a baby) who has been "willing" to find a black hole in the deep space makes all that is beautiful and very strange; we can confirm that it is both. Opens in theaters on April 12th.
John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum
There is rain and a dog and Anjelica Huston who says "I can not help you" with a thick accent and the greatest killer of Keanu Reeves never escaped his communication with his brotherhood of badbadins, a shootout in the dark and a katana fight on motorcycles and a lot of hand-to-hand combat (and foot to head) and a naughty Halle Berry, multiple dog attacks and a sacred shit, Reeves did he shoot a guy on a Kawasaki while he was riding through New York City oh my god oh my god oh my god[[[[breathes heavily in the paper bag]…

Little wood
People have described this harsh and brutal drama about two sisters of "modern western" … and the trailer for director Nia DaCosta's debut does not necessarily downplay the comparison. The contemporary touches – selling contraband pharmaceuticals, abortions, parole officers – let you know that you are in rural United States today, but there is a distinct atmosphere of outlaw shooter in the way Tessa Thompson and Lily James handle problems (mostly male) way. We are extremely curious about this one. It opens on April 19th.
Lords of chaos
Øystein Aarseth will certainly tell you that he looks like a typical Norwegian teenager. He will then remind you that, under the name of "Euronymous", he created the band Mayhem and helped transform black metal into a musical sub-genre and a movement. Jonas Akerlund's first biographical trailer about the band, its founder, and the suicides, murders, church fires and head shots that followed underscores the jagged and heartbreaking atmosphere of this real crime. Whether or not the film reflects what has made Mayhem and the culture he has helped to become such a vital pioneer has been a topic of debate among metalheads since the film's premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. Spider-Man: far from home
We are so caught up in the crazy and joyous epic of Webslinger Spider-Man: in the Spider-Verse we almost forgot that there was still a live-action Spider-Man franchise going on and yes, that one too. Peter Parker, Tom Holland's teenager, leaves for Europe on a school trip (see title) and then meets Mysterio, Jake Gyllenhaal, in what looks like the Roman centurion's cosplay. It is not known if any of the other future members of the Sinister Six will be present, but give it time. A lot of Nick Fury in this trailer too. Released in theaters on July 5th.
