Christian Atsu, winger of Newcastle United, said he did not regret his move to Chelsea six years ago.
Atsu, 27, joined the English team in 2013 after a fabulous campaign with Portuguese giant FC Porto.
However, the Ghanaian struggled to carve out a spot on the team as he failed to make a single appearance in competition for the West London club.
But the Ghanaian international insists that he does not regret his decision.
"I do not regret going to Chelsea. It's a privilege to be their player, "he says firmly. "And finally, that brought me to Newcastle," he told the Guardian.
Atsu was on loan to Vitesse, Everton, Bournemouth, Málaga and Newcastle United during his four-year stint with the English group.
