Arsenal could face competition in his attempt to sign James Rodriguez after he was tied with a shock move to Serie A.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Rodriguez could join former chef Carlo Ancelotti in Naples as he ponders an early exit of his loan to Bayern Munich.
The Colombian had his best season at Real Madrid under Ancelotti and the experienced Italian is a recognized admirer of the offensive midfielder.
The terms of Suarez revealed
Arsenal is ready to pay € 2 million in Barcelona to finalize a loan agreement for its January goal, Denis Suarez.
The gunners are then ready to shell out an additional 20 million euros to make the move permanent in the summer, if Suarez impressed north of London, according to RAC1 .
The Spaniard has been Arsenal's number one target for the past month, after Unai Emery identified him as the right player to strengthen the Gunners midfielder.

Colombian international Duvan Zapata has dropped an Arsenal transfer index by revealing his love for the North London club.
The Napoli striker, currently on loan at Atalanta, has not been officially linked to a transfer to the Gunners, but has admitted he may one day play in the Premier League.
In an interview with Il Corriere della Sera, Zapata revealed: "I had the habit of supporting a team for each league. I loved the colors of Inter, but I was in love with Thierry Henry's Arsenal.
"In Colombia, we love the Premier League. Who knows. One day, I could play there. "
