Next In Line for "James Bond"?

We all know that Daniel Craig has finished playing James Bond, although some might call it age simply because he is in the age range that Roger Moore and Sean Connery had at the time .

While some still think that Craig is the perfect link, the actor himself says that he might not continue because they are no longer fun.

Although we now know that Lashana Lynch is officially the next to represent 007, one day she, like Craig, will retire from the role. Someone else will have to intervene.

Enter Keanu Reeves as a possibility, and also as one of the most respected people in Hollywood at the moment. Recently, with his prowess of John Wick, we start to see rumors circulating about Reeves making a good Bond.

Despite the fact that many still want Idris Elba for the next 007, the recruitment of Reeves should break some serious cinematic traditions.

Hollywood wants Reeves for everything now

If you look at the prospect that Reeves is considered for James Bond someday, we do not necessarily want you. Rumors are ubiquitous about Hollywood wanting Reeves for every possible movie property, including the MCU.

He will have to call on more than one person to manage all these projects if he can not say no to them. Again, he proves that he can do almost anything with films and streaming projects, which are usually more than memorable.

There's a lot of talk on social media from new Keanu fans who want to see Reeves as a double British agent. Some of these fans have even created a Facebook page to show their support and brandish a flag with the producers of the franchise.

If that happened, some of James Bond's traditions would have to be broken, which the production team has always said would not be broken.

Based on the results achieved by those hired to play James Bond, they must all be native to the UK to qualify. This stipulation has lasted for nearly 60 years, even though we know that the rules of the film are supposed to break the times we live.

In a scenario where he would play Bond, he would almost have to make him an American to compensate, unless he could acquire a better British accent through serious practice.

Nevertheless, Reeves could still easily pbad for someone in their thirties. Maybe he would be able to convince as a thirty-year-old, who happens to be an American-British expat.

Maintaining this state of mind gives more credence to Keanu who becomes Bond. On the other hand, his John Wick The franchise is already an American bond in many respects, including taking so many box office receipts. It's as true as Bond's new films, and almost autobiographical to Reeves' tragic life.

You may be able to argue that Reeves should stick to that unless the MCU comes calling and blocks it in the Marvel Universe until the age of 60 .
