This is the third time the rapper has been forced to cancel

Minaj posted an excuse video on Instagram – which has now been deleted – in which she said: "You guys, it's not in my interest not to play, to lose money and to make my problems worse. fans. "
She then added that the room "did not have the power" to facilitate its broadcast but that she had been made aware of problems "only three hours before the show began."
Minaj added: "Every artist – every artist – has technical difficulties and must cancel shows. I want to tell you that I love you very much and I really hope to be able to catch up with him very soon. "
A show in Bratislava, Slovakia, last month was canceled for the same reasons.
The rapper is scheduled to play a concert at Glasgow's SSE Hydro tonight (March 17) and an announcement posted on the site's Twitter page confirmed the show was continuing.
SSE Hydro's tweet read: "A message from the promoter of the show:" The show Nicki Minaj ft. Juicewrld at Glasgow's SSE Hydro will run as planned tomorrow night. Despite the speculation online, the show is still planned and production vehicles have already arrived in Glasgow. "
