Nicolas Cage, 55, asks for a marriage license from Erika Koike in Vegas, year of attendance

He has been married three times before.

But it seems that Nicolas Cage is ready for marriage number four, as evidenced by his application for marriage license presented Saturday in Clark County, Nevada.

The 55-year-old actor has filed documents and enumerated his girlfriend of less than a year, Erika Koike, as an opposing party, reported TMZ.

The star of Honeymoon in Vegas was seen for the first time with the makeup artist last April while he was filming in Puerto Rico.

Since then, they have been seen together a few times, but they have remained largely out of the media.

It is not known yet when or if a wedding date has been scheduled, but the marriage license will be valid for one year after its approval.

Cage has been married three times before, most recently with Alice Kim from 2004 to 2016.

The couple married in July 2004 and gave birth to their son Kal-El on October 3, 2005.

Previously, the star of Ghost Rider was married to Lisa Marie Presley, 51, for a little over three months in 2002.

Previously, he was married to Patricia Arquette, 50, from 1995 to 2001.

The Lord of War actor also has a son, Weston, 28, from a previous relationship with actress Christina Fulton.

Wesson himself celebrated his third wedding, after being linked to Hila Aronian in April 2018.

He was previously married to Nikki Williams from 2011 to 2012 and Danielle Cage from 2013 to 2016.

He has two children, Lucian, age four, and Sorin, two, from his relationship with Danielle.
