Nigeria deports four Ghanaians

The Federal Government announced the deportation of four Ghanaian nationals for what he attributed to their violation of certain rules of immigration.

This was revealed in a statement issued Friday in Abuja by the public relations unit of Nigeria's immigration service

The statement reads as follows: "The Nigerian Immigration Service has executed an eviction order authorized by the Minister of the Interior against four Ghanaian nationals for violation of various provisions of the Immigration Act and its regulations.

"This is consistent with the powers conferred on the Honorable Minister of the Interior by subsections 45 (1) and (2) of the 2015 Immigration Act." in the public interest concerns three men and one woman. They are, Florence Donkur, Simon Gyan, Yeboah Collins and Alhaji Isa.

"They were deported to their home country via Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on March 22, 2019, at 9 am.
