Minister of Gender and Social Protection, Cynthia Morrison
Women's and Social Welfare Minister Cynthia Morrison met on Monday with the Nigerian High Commissioner to Ghana, and explained how his team can help find the three girls alleged to have been abducted in the Sekondi metropolis. / Takoradi.
According to the minister, the meeting with the High Commissioner was successful and he agreed to visit the suspect, Samuel Udoetuk Wills, in order to obtain more information from him.

Ms. Morrison said the planned meeting would help get more vital information from the suspect since he is speaking the same dialect with the Commissioner.
"I think when he sees it, he may be comfortable with it and we will get some information. That's what I feel as a mother, "said the minister.
Addressing Joy News, Ms Morrison said the Commissioner had shown great cooperation and sent his collaborators to Takoradi to keep abad of the situation.

She warned against treating all Nigerians as suspects.
"I do not stop saying that it's a Nigerian who did it and that not all Nigerians are kidnappers. We should try not to put them all together, otherwise it could degenerate elsewhere. There are also Ghanaians in Nigeria and in other parts of the world. If a Ghanaian acts and all Ghanaians are considered what the Ghanaian did, it's not good for us, "she said.

She added that the Commissioner was concerned that Ghanaians were badociating all Nigerians as kidnappers since they lived in peace with Ghanaians prior to this affair.
