The National Labor Commission obtained an interlocutory injunction against the Association of University Teachers of Ghana (UTAG).
The injunction prevents the management of UTAG, its officers, officers, members, agents and employees from pursuing the ongoing collective action.
They had to comply with the directive of the National Labor Commission of August 2, 2021.
A court order signed by Ms Edem Erica Agbobli, Deputy Registrar, stated that in view of the urgency of the matter, the order should be served on the respondents by substituted service electronically via radio, television and d other current electronic means.
“It is further hereby ordered that this injunction be for 10 days and upon expiration the Applicant was to return on notice. “
