The schedule of the first round of the season was unveiled on Friday (AEST), while the reigning champion, Barcelona, opened the new campaign at Athletic Bilbao on August 16th this Friday.
The return of Mallorca to La Liga will take place in Eibar the following Monday. Real Betis will host Real Valladolid the same day.
Rubiales has regularly discussed matches played on both sides of the weekend, a problem that fueled tensions between him and LaLiga boss Javier Tebas.
And in a furious message posted on social media after the game was released, Rubiales struck again at Tebas.
"The RFEF does not allow @LaLiga on Fridays (without agreement) nor on Mondays," Rubiales wrote on Twitter @LuisRubiales.
"The Higher Sports Council (CSD) meets us on July 17 and Javier Tebas blew up the meeting and will not give the time of day to football, fans and even the CSD.
"We continue as before: THERE WILL NOT BE FOOTBALL ON MONDAY."
