The report in the custody of Kasapafmonline.com recommended that agents be rebadigned to their respective units after the dissolution of the SWAT team.
He further recommended that "the Commission recommends the dissolution of the SWAT team of the National Security Council Secretariat and the rebadignment of officers, as appropriate."
The report adds: "The Commission further recommends that specialized police units provide direct support to special operations as needed."
