The autopsy and medical report, observed by the Daily Guide, included: "No sperm was seen."
In addition, it was revealed that a "general laboratory evaluation of a high badl swab was negative for sperm".
The toxicological badysis performed on the body revealed that "peripheral blood and urine tested for alcohol, common poison and common drugs were negative".
The investigation was requested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service on January 13, 2019, who suspected that badailants had raped the woman before killing her.
However, the autopsy performed by the hospital on January 24, 2019 and approved by Chief Superintendent Osei Owusu-Afriyie, a pathologist, ruled out badual intercourse.
The report indicated the cause of death as asphyxiation (ie strangulation by the suspects), which ended the controversy over whether the deceased had been badually badaulted by the attackers.
Prior to the release of the latest report, the Tema Regional Police Command was of the opinion that there were sperm on the pelvic area of the former senior GPHA official.
Assistant Police Commissioner (ACP) David Eklu, director of public affairs for the Ghana police, said the police had found nothing to suggest that the deceased had been badually badaulted.
"The forensic examination that we carried out showed that the woman had not been raped, contrary to what is mentioned in the media. The lady was not badually badaulted and we can confirm it. We are looking at other possibilities in terms of the investigations we are conducting, "he said.
On January 13, 2019, the deceased was found dead Sunday at dawn at her home in Emef Estates, Mataheko, Ningo-Prampram District, Greater Accra Region.
The 49-year-old woman was living in the house with her son and his servant at the time of the incident.
