Follow the live coverage of Grosvenor House's EFL 2019 awards on Park Lane, London, as two of Norwich's top performers get a nomination for the outstanding efforts of the championship leaders.

Top scorer Teemu Pukki scored 26 league goals for the campaign with his double in the Canaries' 4-0 win over Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

The Finn is nominated for the title of player of the year alongside Billy Sharp, striker Sheffield United, and Che Adams, striker Birmingham City.

Max Aarons is one of three nominees in the EFL Young Player of the Year selection.

The Canary duo and left-back Jamal Lewis have all been named to the EFL Championship team of the season, headed by Blades boss Chris Wilder. They all have a chance to be part of the EFL team of the season.

The city's latest brand, James Maddison, has been named to both the Championship and the EFL XI at last year's awards.
