The superb championship season in Norwich City reached a new high: Teemu Pukki and Max Aarons won a prestigious double at the EFL Awards 2019.
The Finnish international and one of the best free transfers in the history of the championship Teemu Pukki has been named second-season player of the season, beating respectively Billy Sharp and Che Adams, both strikers from Sheffield United and Birmingham, against gong.
And the league scorer with 26 goals was joined by the product of the city's academy, Max Aarons, who was named EFL Young Player of the Year in all three divisions of the Football League.
He beat Harry Wilson, Derby's boyfriend in Liverpool, and James Justin of Luton.
The Canaries have signed a superb evening while both men were also named in the EFL team of the season, while Jamal Lewis was at their side in the XI Championship.
Blades striker Sharp had previously said, "I did not think I was here to defeat the winning player of the season, Teemu Pukki" – as he picked up the trophy for the moment in the campaign, after defeating League goals record.

While Pukki recorded individual applause, he also admitted that one of his natural rivals was his biggest supporter.
Jordan Rhodes saw his time on the field seriously hampered by the supreme form of the Finn. However, Pukki was pushed in different ways by Sheffield Wednesday's goaltender.
That included Saturday's double, which allowed City to win 4-0 against QPR and bring them even closer to a great return to the Premier League.
"I think Saturday at half-time, when I had my goal, he was the first guy to wait in the dugout to hug and celebrate," Pukki said.
"Also after the match, he was very positive. It's a really nice guy. It's not just Jordan. These are the other guys. It's really a good agreement in this team.
"But of course we are both forwards and in every game he was the guy who supported me the most."
With now 27 goals in all competitions, Pukki has already marked the most prolific season of all Finnish footballers in English football – beating Shefki Kuqi's previous record for Ipswich in 2004-2005.
"I hope I can still add some goals to make the album even bigger," he smiles.
