The film is an official Hindi remake of the successful movie Arjun Reddy in Telugu featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey. It is directed by Sandeep Vanga who also wrote and directed the original film.
Mira and Shahid have two children, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. Zain was born last year.
