Verizon does flip-flop with an unlimited number of data plans for iPhone faster than a fish out of the water.
Lowell McAdam, chief operating officer of Verizon, said this morning at the the Wall Street newspaper Verizon customers on the iPhone 4 would benefit from an unlimited data plan at $ 30 per month. Otherwise, the network could not compete with AT & T, which favored an unlimited number of iPhone customers, even though it now offers only tiered plans.
But not so fast. McAdam now claims that the Unlimited Data Plan will be a "temporary offer" and that Verizon will also adopt differentiated pricing in the not-too-distant future. Better to act quickly.
How long do you think the unlimited data window will be? One week? A month? Six months?
