The chief executive of the telecommunications giant, MTN Ghana, asked the young people to consider the problems as a source of opportunities and not as an obstacle to their success.

According to him, young people are exposed to many opportunities but few of them see them.

Mr. Selorm Adadevoh made this comment while talking about the improvement of life during the global convocation of the 2019 Springboard Road Show held in Accra.

He said that life went from opportunity to opportunity, explaining that the opportunity was within the grasp of someone and that opportunism was the way that one took advantage of the opportunity to achieve something positive.

He said that "nothing in life happens by chance and the more you prepare and pursue your dreams, the more you reach your destiny".

Taking the example of his life, the CEO of MTN Ghana said he believed in values ​​such as respect, integrity and humility, which were key elements in elevating people higher.

Mr Adadevoh stressed the need for young people to also explore the digital space in order to remain relevant in the future of work.
