One of the main figures cited for supporting a coup in Ghana is the leader of the ‘Fix the Country’ movement, Barker-Vormaqor, who posted on his Facebook page saying “Neho! I welcome the news of a military coup in Guinea. Still awaiting confirmation of its success. Hopefully a new transition process will be put in place soon. Guinea will work again ”.

Contribute to Peace FM “Kokrokoo” Charles Owusu was totally shocked that a Ghanaian was calling for a coup.

He reminded these people of the repercussions of a coup in a country, stressing “there is no way to capture a sitting president without causing casualties. Even civilians will die … but yet we still have people living in this country who, because their party is not in power and others who did not get what they are looking for, so they want ‘It is possible that a coup could take place in Ghana. It is the language of others. It’s sad!”

He gave Ghanaians advice saying: “what we cannot buy with money, we cannot use power or money to protect it. That’s life; nothing on earth is more important than that. Your heritage in the world is your life. ”
