NSS Executive Director, Mustapha Ussif
The National Service Management Program (NSS) has announced the possibility for all eligible private applicants wishing to carry out the mandatory national service of one year to register.
Eligible candidates have until Friday, March 29, 2019 to register in order to be enlisted for service.
In a press release signed by Mustapha Ussif, Executive Director of the NSS, candidates are required to submit their application letter to the regional program secretariat or NSS headquarters in Accra.
"The National Service System (SSN) Directorate wishes to announce to the general public that eligible private candidates have until Friday, March 29, 2019 to register in order to perform their national service. Eligible applicants are therefore required to submit their application letter to one of the Regime's regional secretariats or to the NSS headquarters in Accra, "the statement added.
The NSS in the press release stated that applicants had to attach to their application a letter requesting the PIN code, a certified copy of the certificate or transcript, a certificate / cover letter from the attended institution, a copy of one of the following national identifications (Voters, driver's license, travel pbadport and national identity card, as well as a copy of the identity card from school.
International students are required to upload their travel pbadport and other supporting documents to www.nss.gov.gh as part of the NSS Diaspora program.
