NU & TOMORROW X TOGETHER First Acts Announced for KCON 2019 New York

It's just over two months before the KCON 2019 New York launch at Madison Square Garden and the Manhattan Javits Center. On Thursday, April 18th, the East Coast K-pop event announced the first two acts. The NU'EST Boys and TOMORROW X TOGETHER Boys groups will participate in the July event and perform at their main concerts.

NU'EST and TOMORROW X TOGETHER are both groups of K-pop boys, but while the first is in its seventh year, the second is still in its infancy.

NU'EST, which is signed by Pledis Entertainment, made its debut in 2012 and, after its first praise, lost its appeal in the industry for several years, until several members of the band appear at the show. the Korean TV series 2017 Produce 101 has resulted in renewed popularity. The quintet played at the very first KCON in 2012 and was the last in the United States at last year's KCON in Los Angeles, which featured NU'EST W, a four-member unit of the group. TOMORROW X TOGETHER is the opposite of the career of NU'EST, having released his first album, The dream chapter: STAR, in March.
