At age 43, Iddrisu saw everything in business after working in the banking, oil and gas and construction sectors of the country.
Neither is he a neophyte in politics, except that he has refused to be on the front line of politics in the past, choosing instead to financially support the party.
Mr. Iddrisu said that the time had come for him to be on the front line and that he would make no effort to lead the NDC to victory in 2020.
