Nollywood actor Victor Osuagwu has revealed that his late mother appeared in his dream and requested a new burial since Obi Cubana lavishly buried his own mother.
Obi Cubana’s lavish funeral for his late mother was the most talked about event in the country in recent days.
The source of his wealth has also been questioned after the entrepreneur and his wealthy billionaire friends were spotted pulverizing huge wads of foreign currency and Naira.
The funeral prompted many reactions from Nigerians on social media.
Some were of the opinion that those who worked hard to make money legally cannot spend lavishly like Cubana and her friends did at her ceremony.
Others insisted that the source of his wealth was legal, saying he had multiple sources of income, while others believed his late mother would currently brag about her son to other women where that it is.
However, the actor in a post via his Insta Story on Tuesday revealed that his own mother has haunted him since the lavish burial ceremony.
He noted, however, that he made it clear to her that he was not as dynamic as Obi Cubana, adding that he had survived thanks to the will she left behind.
“Since Obi Cubana buried her mother, I see my late mother in my dream and she asks me to do another funeral for her.
“I don’t even know where she wants me to get more money for a new funeral.” I’m not Obi Cubana and I don’t even earn half of his income.
“Well, I told her that it was the willpower she gave me that I used to survive. I’m not sure she kept another will for me somewhere, so she should understand that her recent request is currently not possible, ”he said.
