Rev Obofour offered 2 cars and money to Kumawood's stars
GHPAGE.com has watched a video of the founder and general supervisor of Onointed Palace Church (APC) confirming that he could be one of the richest, if not the richest pastor in Ghana.
In the video, Rev Obofour Antwi was seen sharing cars with Kumawood stars in his Tema branch.
He offered four-wheel drive Mazda cars to Christiana Awuni and Akyere Bruwaaa parked in front of his church. In addition to the cars, he added 5,000 cedis each to feed the car before bringing it back to Kumasi.
He said it was to thank them for supporting and announcing it on his 31st night in 2018.
He offered more than five cars that day and some of his church workers benefited from this benevolence.
GHPAGE understood that Obofour's kind gesture was to mark the 60th birthday of his mother, Maame Afia Pokuaa, at the Tema branch of her APC church.
He did not stop there, the controversial pastor also gave gold to his mother, who, according to him, had already struggled since the beginning when the father abandoned her in favor of women.
He also offered his mother a 2019 land cruiser, a house and 200,000 species.
This is not the first time that Reverend Obofour has been doing something as eyebrow as this one lately.
About six months ago, he sent more than 15 cars to people ranging from pastors, singers and ordinary members of his church.
Among the recipients, the prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, Glorious Wave Ministries, and Aunt Bee, Efiewura. Both have a Jaguar and a Hyundai Elantra respectively.
