Last year, Exton Cubic sued the Attorney General in the Kumasi High Court for unjustified detention and seizure of his equipment in Nyinahini, in the Ashanti region, after gaining cause in the bottom of their mining claims before the High Court in Accra on February 8th. , 2018.
