Legislators in Ohio are preparing to ensure that electricity fare subscribers remove two nuclear plants in northeast Ohio.
The bill would bail out factories owned by FirstEnergy Solutions. This would also reward energy producers who do not produce carbon emissions and who go against current clean energy standards.
