Olivia Attwood of Love Island gave fans a first glimpse of her new face after hinting that she was again under the knife.
The reality TV star had shared a video of herself wearing a tight chinstrap on Instagram earlier, and seemed to have trouble speaking properly while she was covering the rest of her face with a pair of oversized sunglbades.
Olivia did not speak to the strap, but screamed with her finger as she complained, "I am in a traffic jam, I do not need you today, I have enough of problems."
In a later publication, the blonde star had removed the strap but still wore a bandage on her chin that she had said "can not yet take off."
Fortunately, Tonight's In The Style evening gave Olivia the perfect excuse to show the results of her operation, no matter what she was, as she shared clips of herself dancing to the big feast of fashion.
Olivia had a party with Francesca Allen, recently landed, as well as TOWIE's Pete Wicks and Chloe Ross, and hugged fellow Love Island star Jessica Shears, who is currently pregnant with her first child, Dom Lever.
"Okay … First day bestie at the villa … Entirely pregnant … what!" Olivia told her followers that Jess was rubbing her baby bump.
"So you can find love on Love Island, I just did not do it," she chuckled.
The star is no stranger to go under the knife: last month, she confessed that she had had the pose of her bad implants again by publishing a photo of her hospital bed announcing that "the crazy giants are not more".
She then posted photos of her vacation with her boyfriend, Bradley Dack, where medical tape covering the scars of the surgery could be seen under her revealing swimsuit.
Olivia also spoke frankly about her experience in filling, admitting that she had already pushed her too far before.

She recently confided to her Instagram followers that she had visited a cosmetic surgeon to dissolve the filling product under the eye, and the surgeon urged her to also have it removed from her lips.
Olivia said, "I think she's so right, I've been filling lip for years, probably five or six years.
"This lip started coming out of the line of the lips and looking really puffy – something I never wanted, it looks better than it does." Was because it was overfilled. "
However, the most natural aspect was only temporary and she added that she was "excited" to start adding lip sealant.
